Specialists in construction cost and funding reports

QS Consultants Limited was first established in 2018 by director Omkar Angurala (Reg. QS) after having 20 years of experience around the world and 12 years+ in New Zealand as a Quantity Surveyor.

QS Consultants are specialists in construction budgets, cost planning, cost management, contracts administration, bank funding project budget reports, drawdowns and cost to complete estimates. Our services cover all areas of the construction industry, from residential to commercial, industrial, education and many more.

Our key focus is to help the clients, consultants and contractors avoid financial risk throughout their construction projects by ensuring that they are well informed and advised about how, why and where the money is being used for the best outcome of the project.

Omkar founded QS Consultants Limited in 2018 after more than 20 years of quantity surveying experience around the world, including more than 12 years in New Zealand.

He leads a team of experienced quantity surveyors with 28 years of combined experience: 14 years international in Dubai, UAE and 14 years in Auckland, NZ. The result is fast, accurate and reliable QS reports, backed by local knowledge and attention to detail.

His focus is to help clients, consultants and contractors avoid financial risk throughout their construction projects, by making sure they are well informed and advised about how, why and where the money is being used for the best outcome of the project.
